Products added to the shopping cart can be paid for and ordered directly through the online store’s checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices, and delivery costs. Payment processing services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier as the primary contact.

You can choose the most suitable delivery method at the checkout. The delivery cost will be displayed for each order during the selection of the delivery method.
Typical delivery times range from 3-5 days, depending on the order and chosen delivery method.
Cancellation and Return Policy:
As a consumer customer, you have the right to cancel an order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods or the last item of the goods, or if the delivery consists of regular deliveries of goods, within 14 days of receiving the first item.
The cancellation notice must be clearly communicated to us via email or in writing with the returned goods.
The right of cancellation only applies to unused products, and the returned items must be in their original packaging and well-packed for return shipping. If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer’s statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge for depreciation up to the full price of the product, including return shipping costs.
If the purchase is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been given. The returner must provide evidence that the goods have been returned within the 14-day period, for example, with a return receipt. The returner is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will not be refunded to the returner.
When returning a delivered order, include your name, contact information, and bank account number for the refund.
We will refund the money you paid for the order without undue delay, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Checking Shipments and Handling Errors and Problems:
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If a product is lost or damaged during transportation, or it does not otherwise correspond to your order, or if it is defective, please inform us as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days by contacting our customer service at [email protected]. We will arrange for the correction of the error. For consumer trade, we adhere to mandatory statutory provisions regarding liability for defects.
